Administrative Assistant to Bishop (FT, Charleston)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bishop’s Office, including but not limited to attending to calls, emails, and correspondence, coordinating Bishop’s official and ecclesiastical calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing and maintaining the office budget.

Professional presentation, excellent phone, interpersonal, and computer skills required (including Word, Excel, type 50+ wpm). Ability to demonstrate extreme patience and empathy. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with limited supervision, and multi-task. Min 5 yrs senior level admin experience and Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
